Rechtsanwälte Dr. Rauscher & Partner - TeamarbeitOur law firm was founded in 1973 in Regensburg by lawyer Dr. Peter Rauscher.
 
We provide our clients with legal advice and representation in the fields of civil law, criminal law, and public law. In tax issues, we are happy to pass your inquiry on to a tax accountant.
 
Every lawyers working for the law firm of Dr. Rauscher & Partner has spezialized on certain fields of law. That way we always have experts at our clients' disposal.
 
On difficult and complex cases we are working as a team. Often it is part of our job to clarify complicated matters regarding e.g. intellectual property rights or medical law. That's why we cooperate closely and interdisciplinary with notaries, patent lawyers and other experts.

 

 

Directions

By car, on the A 93 freeway, take the exit "Regensburg - Prüfening". Then turn right and follow the road called "Prüfeninger Straße" towards the city until you see the hospital St. Hedwig ("Klinik St. Hedwig") on your right. After you have passed the hospital St. Hedwig, turn into the second street on your right.

Parking is available in the courtyard.
